Twitter, Bambuser.com and dostor.org have been blocked in Egypt since yesterday. The website of an Iranian newspaper is also blocked.Several people have managed to bypass censorship through many alternative ways.
These are different ways to bypass censorship:
1- Download Tor project.
2- Use anonymouse.org by simply using these links for FB and Twitter:

4- Access Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Ping.fm, Foursquare and Google Buzz via Seesmic using a proxy from the list above.
5- You can also use Expat Shield for unblocking the censorship.
